Forever Young

I had forgotten what a beautiful occasion it is to witness a family be sealed in the temple. Last weekend, my cousin and her husband had their newest adopted son, Cayden, sealed to them in the Birmingham Temple. It was such a lovely experience.

He was so peaceful and content in the temple.

And all three boys looked so handsome in their whites.

You can imagine she has her hands full with 3 boys...

Could there be a happier thing in all the world?!

While in Birmingham on Saturday, my mom and I worked on my quilt...well, mostly mom did, but I was there to push her for support.
This is the quilt as it has sit for about a year, I think. It now is layered with the batting, and backing and is almost completely basted! Yay! Now on to the quilting!

Then on Sunday, we were so glad that we could join them in their ward for Cayden's blessing.

It was a nice weekend.

No, I don't think there is a happier thing in all the world. Congrats to your cousin on this wonderful occasion.

Charity, I know your cousin! I've to talk to you! Her family is so beautiful. That baby Cayden is such a happy, adorable child. What a small world! (We have an EFY connection, but I can't exactly remember the details.)

Cograts to Cindy and Cameron. All the guys look handsome. I wonder when we will be able to live in Alabama too?
