Last Saturday, we had a thunderstorm hit the area hard and fast. Our friend who also works for us, and her daughter were out near the office when the storm hit and stopped at the office to wait it out, so she was there the minute the water started to come in under the baseboards. All of the rooms exposed to the outside wall were flooded. Thankfully, she was there when it happened and called us immediately. Thanks to a great home teacher, a good friend and neighbor, 4 shop-vacs, and 8 fans, we go it all cleaned up. We had Sunday to let it dry and get all of the equipment back in place before seeing patients Monday morning. And NO permanent damage! The landlord came and immediately had some trenches dug outside the building to alleviate any further problems Whew! What a weekend!

Cliff's cousin and his family just moved to Madison and we went swimming with them earlier this week and had a lot of fun!
Here's Jason, Samantha, Jackson, Alexandria, & Tyler. What cute kids! We're excited to have some extended family close by, from Cliff's side, for a change.

Ah water!! It came in through our french doors and I crammed the landing with towels. Nice storm, eh? Glad y'all got it dried out.
